Next Steps: how data finds the right path

For a second summer in a row, Data Storytelling participated in the Rutgers MBS Externship program as a mentor to bring these no-code insights to the public.

Though it was a school project, this group delivered sophisticated and professional results. When these students start their own design firm, hire them immediately. In other words, they are an 11 out of 10 in every measurable way.

Thank you, Ji, Tonai, Gemma, Uthara, Elo & Aidan!

The Project

Outline Goals

In short, this team set out to design, build and implement a meaningful quiz that would be hosted on Data Storytelling’s website and available to the public.

Define deliverables

  • Conduct and analyze user research for appropriate User Interface design
  • Tailor User Experiences (UX) to meet the needs of nonprofits who will use the tool
  • Improved website navigation and tool integration

The Approach

During our weekly meetings, Data Storytelling mentored the team through the practical steps of client-oriented project-based work. The final product involved multiple dependencies, requiring input and sign-off at various stages before completion. As part of each meeting, we reviewed results, findings and best practices to prioritize function, design and branding.

The Results

Are you a cleric, a bard or a warrior? Take the quiz! Find out which no-code platform you should use for your next project.
